The first executive meeting was held on 27th Jan 2013 at D-288, 1st Floor, Nehru Vihar, Delhi.
The meeting started with a prayer by E Merithung Odyuo, President Lotha Students' Union, Delhi.
The executives present during the meeting were:

2. General Secretary: Rikhyo Shitiri
3. Women Coordinator: Thungbeni Ovung
4. Statistical Secretary: Chonbeni Oren Patton
5. Cultural Secretary: Eranbeni Humtsoe
6. Finance Secretary: Nzamongi Humtsoe
7. Information Secretary: Ajumlo Kikon
During the meeting the Executives discussed the following agendas:
1. Membership collection for old timers was set at Rs. 250/-
2. Membership collection for freshers was set at Rs. 300/-
3. Church issues relating to Pastor was also discussed.
4. Fund-rise for the year 2012-13 was also discussed
5. Strategy to bring the Lothas in Delhi under one platform was also discussed.
